If you are a vendor and interested in participating in this year's Craft Fair, please read the following guidelines, complete the application, and return it to Main Street either via e-mail, regular mail, or via fax (856) 845-8569 prior to March 30th.

Place: Sidewalks along Broad Street in Woodbury, New Jersey

Date: May 10, 2008

Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Set Up: 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM

Cost: $35 for each 10' x 10' space. Please make checks payable to Main Street Woodbury, Inc. Entry fees are non-refundable.

Size: The spaces are 10' x 10'. You are asked to supply your own tables, chairs, tents, etc.

Electricity is not available.

Exhibits: Limited to handmade crafts and original artwork.

Tax info: Please provide your New Jersey Sales & Use Tax Registration Number.

Space allocation : Crafters returning from previous craft fairs will be guaranteed their same location until February 28 . Any space variation would be due to structural and/or business changes on Broad Street that we cannot control. After that date, spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis according to postmark or date correspondence is received.

We reserve the right to decline any application. Each exhibitor will assume full responsibility for his/her exhibits. Main Street Woodbury, Inc. is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft, or for any personal injury incurred during the course of the Main Street Woodbury Craft Fair.
